Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMA57R-01100-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Det-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Acs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the SC90500101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R7494B5012 manufactured by Det-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Det-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB214ND by Manufacturer Acs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Semikron Brand SKHI24R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPI31200E2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKDH11616L100 made by Semikron as well as the popular S801T24N3W92EA10060G0003G original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN45746 by Allen-Bradley and QPI31200E2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R303772P113335400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alstom.
