Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMB32C-20100-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Industrial-Devices-Corporation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Devices-Corporation such as the NH208A4MP3MT1EMQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR42063309 manufactured by Esr and we are pleased to be able to service most Esr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE21R6ZE by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rexroth Brand MSM020B0300NNM0CG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sem such as MTS30U442 equipment made by Sem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PK264A2SG36 made by Folungwin as well as the popular MXS20L100BT original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSPB90002652R by Nova and MTS30U442 spares by Sem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTBDP3330 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
