Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R24HENA-HA-EB-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56X7202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N23021F00AAPN193525 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTS30U436 by Manufacturer Sem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance Brand P18G0311S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as P721SGR0040MTL equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P48E3050MCR made by Reliance as well as the popular P56H7203 original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTS30Z46 by Sem and P721SGR0040MTL spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS130630P3474 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
