Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific S32HNNA-RNNM-00 PG90-010 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imperial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cincinnati product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the R272 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P56SD702 manufactured by Imperial and we are pleased to be able to service most Imperial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSR452757500 by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew Brand RS2DT71D6KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robustsyn such as RB29G1GT4B1 equipment made by Robustsyn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robustsyn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robustsyn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RF32DT71C4 made by Sew as well as the popular RV73FP original spares produced by Giordano-Colombo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK596BWP50 by Oriental and RB29G1GT4B1 spares by Robustsyn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
