Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific SK53DYY1YY-Y05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMP08AWYR33 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMPH02A1AYR32 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD7444 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand S44KR00P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMMA1S313 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SJPF7501 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular SGML04AF13 original spares produced by Yasakawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMPH02BAA4C by Yaskawa and SGMMA1S313 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S74HTB03010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elwood-Getty's.
