Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific STF3658-3756-61-56HC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the ST57DRE80M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK5KS284AC205C manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK71L4BRE5 by Manufacturer Nord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMDH06A2AYR12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as SKS145XAB208 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGMG09A2ABC made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGM04A3G46M original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM232AENGSN by Parker and SKS145XAB208 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMAH01AAA4B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa.
