Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker ETB80-B04LA30-JM150-A50 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Perske products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Perske such as the KRSR3512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETS32A04LA2XJM300AE1 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DK10LAS76A by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Performance-Computer-Systems Brand 2104188 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parker such as PV44BB2B equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 583A made by Pcb-Piezotronics as well as the popular PTR3220903AB22C original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FM20 by Pbc-Linear and PV44BB2B spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UH3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
