Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Peaktronic 400-19F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl-+-Fuchs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perma-tork parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl-+-Fuchs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl-+-Fuchs such as the NJ20USW4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC512 manufactured by Perma-tork and we are pleased to be able to service most Perma-tork systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VBPHH1110V by Manufacturer Pepperl-+-Fuchs as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
