Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phd RLS125X90-E-GS-GX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powerware products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powerware such as the 101614410S15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40153U manufactured by Process-Control-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 328003501 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Power Brand 702RPP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Port such as M561D equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MFN25CC made by Port as well as the popular SEC25x6 original spares produced by Phd

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN0ZXV2 by Pilz and M561D spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 040525VWR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polyscience.
