Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix Contact EM-DUO120/GFI/AUX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Scheider-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the H3DEM224230V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G037H415923 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA1LC0129 by Manufacturer Scheider-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telemecanique Brand LP2K0601BD3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC2800M144B425X52 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC1D12 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular SPO11 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LADN31 by Telemecanique and IC2800M144B425X52 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K374K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omega.
