Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix IBSCT24IOGT-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prima-Electro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix-Contact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pratt--Whitney product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prima-Electro such as the 9SSIS178 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2722085 manufactured by Phoenix-Contact and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix-Contact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 282686HD by Manufacturer Pratt--Whitney as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pro-face Brand 328000703 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pri-Equipe-Automation such as 2002001104SCE equipment made by Pri-Equipe-Automation have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 298007012 made by Proface as well as the popular PMM original spares produced by Primes

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMA12PP by Port and 2002001104SCE spares by Pri-Equipe-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bouncing Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pitney-Bowes.
