We service and repair Phytron BD300 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Phytron BD300 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BD300 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BD300 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOZXV23040VDC2S2Sz manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NY24144P20 by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pilz Brand 3529B5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pilz such as PNOZMC6P equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AR5Z043861 by Planetroll and PNOZMC6P spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
