Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pic Design PIC-1AB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubakimoto parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tri-tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the TSXMRPC01M7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS63E manufactured by Tsubakimoto and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubakimoto systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XPWCX127 by Manufacturer Tri-tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turck Brand Bi5M18AN7X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsi such as 845503REVA equipment made by Tsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT5000PSIG13LI3H1131 made by Turck as well as the popular MZ15 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT80004TT80004TT800 by Mark and 845503REVA spares by Tsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BL67PGENIP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
