Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Picanol FDI-3 BE154602 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pittman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pittman such as the Gm9232C513R5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 777750 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0000917071 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Planetroll Brand AR5Z043861 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ploskon such as IPO112F equipment made by Ploskon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ploskon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ploskon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0088060004 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular CB2241 original spares produced by Placid-Industries

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17084048 by Plotech and IPO112F spares by Ploskon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14205D138LoCog Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pittman.
