Pilz Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pilz PZEX4 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pilz PZEX4 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PZEX4 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Plastibond product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the 00J1274001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0001207026 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PRT97 by Manufacturer Plastibond as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Porter Brand 201STP211C201DPASVPAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-Measurement such as PM9811B12006 equipment made by Power-Measurement have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E1511E02 by Polyspede and PM9811B12006 spares by Power-Measurement are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM5203WA185 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oki.
