Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter PRDA-7AJA-120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exide products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Precision-Micro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exide such as the 118302583 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS3476L188P manufactured by Process-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCXMC510 by Manufacturer Precision-Micro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Powerex Brand LD411660 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precision-Gage--Tool such as M920072A41223 equipment made by Precision-Gage--Tool have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP143B17NK1A by Powertec and M920072A41223 spares by Precision-Gage--Tool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
