Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter SC11DA-24VDC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stelma-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stahl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stelma-Inc. such as the 90060200000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90015128011014 manufactured by Stahl and we are pleased to be able to service most Stahl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature xpsap40 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Siemens Brand 6ES73146CH040AB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 915F4837 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SN0300217 made by Schleicher as well as the popular MS777 original spares produced by Symcom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5479341 by Garret and 915F4837 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LR9F7579 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
