Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Power Solutions AG-350PM-Q1224 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Agastat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Albany parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Agie product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Agastat such as the 7012ACLI2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8820R0032 manufactured by Albany and we are pleased to be able to service most Albany systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NNC3009A by Manufacturer Agie as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Agie Brand U053781 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Airgage such as 79AOC1002 equipment made by Airgage have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Airgage products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Airgage" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T7743081341 made by Airpax as well as the popular US35PB original spares produced by Aimco-Uryu

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BZ5003220201025 by Ahp-Merkle and 79AOC1002 spares by Airgage are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 33210A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agilent.
