Precision Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Precision PDD-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Precision PDD-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PDD-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PDD-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the B1276F41BL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SE3112 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRXCAA21P5 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has T.b. Brand XFC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Velconic such as VLNBT012P2VSXI equipment made by Velconic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Velconic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Velconic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGDA01VP made by Yaskawa as well as the popular 13B4492G07 original spares produced by Westinghouse
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RTV04RTV44 by Telemecanique and VLNBT012P2VSXI spares by Velconic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
