Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface GP2500-TC41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reliance-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC693MDL752C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISM1403C00 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GV3000SE10V4160 by Manufacturer Reliance-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Indramat Brand HDS022W040N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yasnac such as LGF011100 equipment made by Yasnac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasnac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasnac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IMCS214F made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular ION7650 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CPU781D by Fanuc and LGF011100 spares by Yasnac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JANCDFC1911 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
