Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prosoft PC56-NT-IDE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rubran-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rubran-Electronics such as the RUB02104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA3000DC70 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QX524B by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Autotech Brand SACM1052010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as RAX11C equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PX5500L15KG5T made by Omegadyne as well as the popular SAFT187CON original spares produced by Stromberg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RGH316032E by Eaton and RAX11C spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R9N3800FL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
