R-tec Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair R-tec RP74 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the R-tec RP74 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RP74 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RP74 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCA2A4 manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts.
