Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rechner D-68623 KAS-00-30-S-M32 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensa-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Revco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 1410414 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SensaTronicsS11498 manufactured by Sensa-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensa-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 309159H14 by Manufacturer Revco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Schmitt Brand SB1420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Samson such as 61130111100 equipment made by Samson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSA654 made by Rsf-Elektronik as well as the popular 1000898 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4382811 by Sensotec and 61130111100 spares by Samson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FR20RLPSM4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensopart.
