Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rechner KS-250-M22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0303100590002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISD2601111 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4CEA03030A10000 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rosemount Brand 1151GP9M22T0960D3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Revere such as CSPB10200K30P5R equipment made by Revere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revere" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LCUPSRE made by Sick as well as the popular P5251S original spares produced by Signet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1183mm by Sick and CSPB10200K30P5R spares by Revere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1TG3A2E11A00K6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount.
