Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 7815-77R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Symax product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the 80GA11103001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7MBR30U2A060 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8055SCP655 by Manufacturer Symax as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has A-b-Allen-Bradley Brand 8000MBA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 7883C71G01 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7MBP75RTA060001 made by Fuji as well as the popular 920190803 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7MBR35UH12050 by Fuji and 7883C71G01 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8015678363R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
