Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric P48H1310N-RP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the P56H3439RXP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P56H3936R manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 162132X10 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rexroth Brand R063204000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Resun such as 242035 equipment made by Resun have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Resun products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Resun" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VSP40 made by Rexroth as well as the popular P56X706M original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0020C1CAN0018 by Reuland and 242035 spares by Resun are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56H8951MMH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric.
