Resistoflex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Resistoflex NEW and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Resistoflex NEW include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the NEW if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our NEW repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ringspann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the K86LP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RLK60880 manufactured by Ringspann and we are pleased to be able to service most Ringspann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF37DT71D4BMG05HF by Manufacturer Sew as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rex Brand 7CTDM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sandvik such as 7803472501 equipment made by Sandvik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sandvik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sandvik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R63LP90 made by Sew as well as the popular 7369579 original spares produced by Rexnord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 06421474M1870 by Sew and 7803472501 spares by Sandvik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AM5GAB5B5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
