Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Seal-Master product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexnord such as the E20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP145 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFT32 by Manufacturer Seal-Master as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew Brand K47AM80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seal-Master such as SEHB47 equipment made by Seal-Master have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seal-Master products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seal-Master" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SFC28 made by Seal-Master as well as the popular R103DV132S4 original spares produced by Sew
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RX81AKS by Sew and SEHB47 spares by Seal-Master are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S32D16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
