Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-eurodrive such as the R92DV180L8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA47DT80N4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLV0250 by Manufacturer Flexicraft as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sterling Brand S2175FHQ04056102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as SP168 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RA105 by Reggiana and SP168 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RD180003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside.
