Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth VT-5008-S11-R1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rittal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Robicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robicon such as the 457E2300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC8366100 manufactured by Rittal and we are pleased to be able to service most Rittal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 560442 by Manufacturer Robicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Robohand Brand RN2M2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robertshaw such as 790002S equipment made by Robertshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robertshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robertshaw" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VTHNC100113 made by Rexroth as well as the popular OISN014 original spares produced by Robohand

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 065231500 by Robbin-Meyers and 790002S spares by Robertshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 463990101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robicon.
