Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rkc REX-C10FPC-V2CN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rofin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westcode product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robotron such as the S4005030032412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3092B0391 manufactured by Rofin and we are pleased to be able to service most Rofin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2364SPG04A1701449634 by Manufacturer Westcode as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Robot Brand 820420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robotron such as 5032032909 equipment made by Robotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RSD7738 made by Robotrol as well as the popular RA2861 original spares produced by Rochester

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 04497000113 by Robertshaw and 5032032909 spares by Robotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDVC14501U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harmonic.
