Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation 3605-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rofin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rofin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rofin such as the 581304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSPCB9392 manufactured by Rofin and we are pleased to be able to service most Rofin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151LT5EE0A33DM1 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rosemount Brand 1151GP6S22M4B1C6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Signet such as P51530P1 equipment made by Signet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Signet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Signet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X17D189 made by Ronan as well as the popular 0198410640001 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1181 by Rosemount and P51530P1 spares by Signet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
