Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schlumberger such as the 2457050IX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 24162 manufactured by Sandblom--Stohne and we are pleased to be able to service most Sandblom--Stohne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FAA100821 by Manufacturer Schrader as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Samson Brand 327411 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schrader such as FW2B11882112000 equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schrader products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schrader" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HPT10082FGBK01 made by Sawatec as well as the popular 14420218D original spares produced by Schumacher
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27BM140MBT10R2 by Sanyo-Denki and FW2B11882112000 spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PGN1252 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk.
