Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sanyo DFSM-0130-502D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sbb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the D184T3S4AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAPME04100430045 manufactured by Sbb and we are pleased to be able to service most Sbb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHMS16120YC59 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Siemens Brand C18R6Z1CH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by A.-O.-Smith such as C832 equipment made by A.-O.-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire A.-O.-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "A.-O.-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDPX3410 made by Baldor as well as the popular BSM100N3240AFP original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDP3455 by Baldor and C832 spares by A.-O.-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM63N275AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
