Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki PCMP HA-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sentrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sentrol such as the 301CT06K34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LINX230401 manufactured by Linx and we are pleased to be able to service most Linx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10128F by Manufacturer Seiki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Servo-Dynamics Brand 4017PM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Servo-Dynamics such as MB224E1100 equipment made by Servo-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Servo-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Servo-Dynamics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SensotecModelLLT2921 made by Sensotec as well as the popular 09SM10412S2 original spares produced by Selema

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FA46305CCOBOCSES6 by Sensopart and MB224E1100 spares by Servo-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11P33003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sencon.
