Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Masoneilan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alfa-Laval parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Masoneilan such as the SVISAP21123111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRU2013HS manufactured by Alfa-Laval and we are pleased to be able to service most Alfa-Laval systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UM834D by Manufacturer Nachi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand TM130CZH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as TSXSUP70 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TRANS01 made by Indramat as well as the popular TM400RZ2H original spares produced by Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TJK636300WLSS by Ge and TSXSUP70 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TME11115U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cooper.
