Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew / Katko MCLTEA0008503110 / KKVM 332CC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Dynamics such as the MT201833 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P0961FX0D manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMS22361C1A by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Advantech Brand PCA6178 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Soyo such as MV4V4S471472 equipment made by Soyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Soyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Soyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P5427A made by Ishida as well as the popular OD26144A391698G01 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MODEL70A by Accusort and MV4V4S471472 spares by Soyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC586 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ipc-Contec.
