Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MDR60A0150-503-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas-Capco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl-Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Capco such as the PF2101S71 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVH2000F15 manufactured by Pepperl-Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl-Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature pa75B by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Temptronic Brand PC68640 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Actus-Power such as NPSA20NN50E8 equipment made by Actus-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actus-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actus-Power" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NF800SS made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MGK24OFAU original spares produced by Pinnacle

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPMZL5S112 by Windsor and NPSA20NN50E8 spares by Actus-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT30CST141B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
