Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MFD22A/Z36F/AF1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPLA330PMJ24AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MFR1A manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS2301 by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Universal-Dynamics Brand PCB106A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lakos-Separators such as PC24001 equipment made by Lakos-Separators have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lakos-Separators products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lakos-Separators" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSNAE45202 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular NUXRE1010 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM20CSJ060 by Mitsubishi and PC24001 spares by Lakos-Separators are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NMFC05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey.
