Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MPR51A037-503-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rietschle products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Wittenstein product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rietschle such as the SGP1602 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R61024LS1LC manufactured by North-Star and we are pleased to be able to service most North-Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP180SMF2401I125 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand SCP424 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as OSPP200M equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RVAHE1610 made by Siemens as well as the popular PV510TV4 original spares produced by Nematron-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PF4002CEIPHW by Atlas-Copco and OSPP200M spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MXD63B800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
