Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew MM03C-503-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mavilor-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MKD090B047KP1KN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDC1040CMMA0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA060900010BD5 by Manufacturer Mavilor-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Indramat Brand MAC090C0GD4C110A2WI520LVS018 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as MAC071C0NS4C095A0WI518LV equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD112B024NP1BN by Rexroth and MAC071C0NS4C095A0WI518LV spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
