Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew PSKF221 CMP50S/LY/RH1M/SM1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDV3R8A11A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSM2415SEA manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R87DT100L4BMG4HFES1S by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sharp Brand ZW64N2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as CMD4200004CMP490CLV6211120 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF37DRS71S4ASE1TF by Sew-Eurodrive and CMD4200004CMP490CLV6211120 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
