Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew SAF57-DT71D6/BMG/HR/ASDX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elwood-Getty's parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R40DT80K4BMG1HF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S76GTB03010 manufactured by Elwood-Getty's and we are pleased to be able to service most Elwood-Getty's systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R32DT71C4BM605HR by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ono-Sokki Brand RP446Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as PS130630P3278 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R911283302 made by Rexroth as well as the popular R34JENTTSLANV01 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF40DT90S4 by Sew and PS130630P3278 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RV73FP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giordano-Colombo.
