Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Shamrock TC1-D9511-G6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Benedikt-Jager parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Te-Connectivity product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 1454C77A12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U1216EM manufactured by Benedikt-Jager and we are pleased to be able to service most Benedikt-Jager systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GPD by Manufacturer Te-Connectivity as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ab Brand 1606XLSDNET8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as G9SA301 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12IAC95F1A made by Ge as well as the popular 700ZBR520AZ1 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 083898512 by Abb and G9SA301 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original W22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
