Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sigma 41JOZ-5000ACG-SIL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warrick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crydom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hi-Z product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warrick such as the 26MC1A1E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD4825W1V manufactured by Crydom and we are pleased to be able to service most Crydom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZBT0710 by Manufacturer Hi-Z as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Struthers-Dunn Brand 237XBXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taylor such as 6003BZ10000A equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taylor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taylor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XPSAR351144P made by Schneider as well as the popular SCFRX902AA original spares produced by Te-Connectivity

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LMIO101 by Watt-Stopper and 6003BZ10000A spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XPSAK351144P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
