Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Siktrak ST-GT-ETH-24P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Slo-syn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smartfan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Simplex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Slo-syn such as the KSL093T1Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A0639315048S445A3 manufactured by Smartfan and we are pleased to be able to service most Smartfan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 742385 by Manufacturer Simplex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Skf Brand 23060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lac-2 such as 8814 equipment made by Lac-2 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lac-2 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lac-2" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QC1008388CDG1RN63300 made by Smc as well as the popular SM91EBNQD original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 95Bore1125OD75Width by Skf and 8814 spares by Lac-2 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP100202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smarteye.
