Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sm-cyclo CNVJS-4100Y-29 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sony products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sm-cyclo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sony product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sony such as the AFMI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNVS4115DBY25B manufactured by Sm-cyclo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sm-cyclo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHM75010020900210 by Manufacturer Sony as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sola Brand SDN524480 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spectrum such as MRL25850 equipment made by Spectrum have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spectrum products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spectrum" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DA641001 made by Sokki-Electronics as well as the popular 6ZC50B original spares produced by Speedaire

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRX411 by Sony and MRL25850 spares by Spectrum are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2566CZE30PN2000X2068 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spellman.
