Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ssd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8536SFO1V06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5528769 manufactured by Ssd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ssd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SCO3V02H20S by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand 8539SBG43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Speedaire such as 2A713 equipment made by Speedaire have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Speedaire products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Speedaire" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8536SBG2V81CF4T made by Square-D as well as the popular 8539SFA42S original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H363RB by Square-D and 2A713 spares by Speedaire are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6X373 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Speedaire.
