Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Speed Control TP1760-8MGT-30 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Textron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stearns parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sundstrand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron such as the SHU35B110X1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 566845200 manufactured by Stearns and we are pleased to be able to service most Stearns systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9200429 by Manufacturer Sundstrand as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tandler Brand 001613B1III in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Speed-Selector such as 506200 equipment made by Speed-Selector have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Speed-Selector products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Speed-Selector" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CHHJS6160YR217 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular 662327E11 original spares produced by Stearns

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHJ6140Y6 by Sumitomo and 506200 spares by Speed-Selector are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCEFB01A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
