Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square D LC11352 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Scheider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fuji product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Scheider-Electric such as the LC1D326BL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC1D1506 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SW413H by Manufacturer Fuji as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand R8210G1003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as SK25 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 462121H5U made by Elobau as well as the popular 8000RD0564 original spares produced by Spectrum-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC1D18M7 by Telemecanique and SK25 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LEN00B103480A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
